![]() ![]() not gonna spend another day trying to kill a boss on a game I already beat on console. Will probably try again next year but I cant keep putting the rest of my backlog on hold for this one game. I deliberately avoided using any DLC items as I wanted it to be a legit playthrough. This is the only way I can explain it feeling so much harder on PC than on Xbox 360. The enemy recovery animations play faster as a result of the higher framerate. I feel like the game is harder at 60 frames per second than it was on the slower 30 frames per second on console. I will have to replay the game in it's entirety at some point with better choice of weapons and make sure to come in better prepared in the final chapters. ![]() But, after having spent the better part of my Saturday attempting every tactic I could, I've concluded I simply am too low on ammo and health packs and credits, and my last save point doesn't go back far enough. ![]() What I had to do, after dying about 30 times, is go back to my last save point then backtrack all the way to the last shop, sell whatever I had left (stasis packs, health packs etc.) and buy as much ammo as I could. Which is what is the most upsetting part. You mean the final boss I threw my controller at the wall during this. I actually beat it on Xbox 360 back when it came out. ![]()
